Description

We are looking for brilliant, creative personnel to manage and grow the online presence of our web development & IT services brand across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. He/She will be responsible for the role involving building awareness of the company’s website development services, generating leads through strategic content planning, and enhancing brand credibility through engaging, value-driven posts.

This position requires someone who understands tech industry trends, can simplify complex IT services into user-friendly content, and execute promotional strategies that attract clients globally.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Account Handling

  • Manage official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok.

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule with platform-wise content formats.

  • Build a strong online reputation for the agency through timely communication and responses.

  • 2. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop monthly content calendars focused on services such as- Website Development, UI/UX, E-commerce Development, SEO, Hosting, Branding, Maintenance, Digital Marketing, Web Apps, etc.

  • Create and publish content like service explainers, client success stories, case studies, portfolio highlights, website tips & trends, engaging reels, carousel posts, tech facts, tutorials & FAQs.

  • Write persuasive captions and CTAs with a conversion/lead focus.

  • 3. Campaign & Growth Execution

  • Plan digital campaigns for new service launches, offers, web solutions & seasonal promotions.

  • Work on strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, reach and lead conversions.

  • Assist in executing paid ad campaigns (Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn) for lead generation.

  • 4. Portfolio & Brand Showcasing

  • Create visuals and video showcases of completed web projects and UI designs.

  • Highlight client testimonials to build trust and position the agency as a credible IT provider.

  • Post updates on technology trends, frameworks (React, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress, etc.) and innovative web solutions.

  • 5. Analytics, Competitor Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics & audience behaviour.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports and present improvement strategies.

  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor campaigns & latest platform updates.

  • Required Skills

  • Experience managing social media for IT, digital services, or agency businesses.

  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn best practices & trends.

  • Strong understanding of website development services and tech terminology.

  • Ability to convert technical services into simple, appealing content.

  • Skills in content planning, creative strategy & visual communication.

  • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva mandatory, Adobe Suite is a plus).

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

  • Experience working in a web development/IT service environment.

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and growth-based content strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate with developers, designers & the sales team.
